At The Pink Pill™, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and straightforward.



Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplement pouches or capsules cannot be returned.



How to Start a Return

If you believe your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery so we can help make it right. 

Simply email hello@pinkpill.co with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. (Optional) a photo showing what went wrong

Our team will review your message and advise the next steps, including whether a replacement, refund, or alternative solution is most appropriate.



Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Costs will vary depending on the courier service you select.

  • These will be displayed at the time of generating your return label.



Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
